| Abstract: | Based upon the teaching-oriented principles,our department has taken measures to reinforce the instructional management with a view to cultivating the qualified biological talents for middle schools.The measures are as follows: (1)Furthering social investigation and adjusting the goals to cultivate talents; (2)Adjusting major structure and enhancing discipline construction; (3)Adjusting course system and reforming the teaching content; (4)Reforming the teaching approaches and fostering the students' interests; (5)Supervising the teaching processes and evaluating the teaching quality. |
