漆酚电化学聚合与表征

摘    要:提纯过的漆酚在Na2SO4的乙醇/水溶液中用恒电位法,以铂或不锈钢为研究电极,其电位不低于0.680V(vs.SCE),进行电化学聚合,获得电化学聚合漆酚(EPU)。探讨了较适宜的聚合方式及反应条件,采用红外光谱、差热-热重(DTA-TG)等手段进行表征,确定其结构。研究发现,采用恒电位(1.600V)在不锈钢电极上电化学氧化聚合50min可获得EPU,其聚合部位主要在于漆酚的长侧碳链基上的不饱和双键。

Abstract:By the method of electrochemical technique and under c ontrolled condit ions, the urushiol oxidized into electropolyurushiol(EPU) film. The film of EPU can be prepared in Na 2SO 4 ethanol and aqueous mixed solution on Pt or stain less steel electrode by constant potential. In constant potential, the electrode pot e ntial could not be lower than 0.680V or 1.200V(vs.SCE) with Pt or stainless stee l as working electrode. These EPU membranes were characterized by FT-IR, D TA -TG, and the structure of EPU membrane was determinate. The results showed tha t, the process of electropolymerization in the urushiol electrolysis solution last ed 50 minutes with a stable voltage of 1.600 V in the cell. Some double bonds of t he long side-chain alkyl of urushiol had taken part in the electrochemical poly merization reaction.
