| 摘 要： | 首先分析了＂挑战杯＂竞赛的功效,认为它不仅有助于大学生成长成才,而且有助于教师提高教学、科研水平,更好地教书育人;其次,重点分析了＂挑战杯＂项目取得优异成绩的主要因素;最后,提出促进＂挑战杯＂工作健康发展的对策和建议,如注重长线培养、政策要落实、激励要到位等。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the effectiveness of the Challenge Cup,which not only makes students become more mature and intelligent,but also helps to improve the teaching level and academic research level. Secondly,the paper places emphasis on analyzing the main factors leading to the outstanding results. Finally,it gives some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the contest of the Challenge Cup,such as putting emphasis on long-term training,implementing policies,effective incentive policies and so on. |
