胎膜早破与阴道炎症的关系研究

目的探讨胎膜早破与阴道炎症的关系,分析其对母婴带来的风险。方法对183例胎膜早破孕妇进行阴道分泌物标本培养及镜检。随机抽取同期无胎膜早破的健康孕妇200例作为对照。同时对患阴道炎者在胎盘炎、新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎等方面进行比较。结果183例胎膜早破者阴道感染阳性者为57例,发生率为,明显高于无胎膜早破者9%（P〈0.05）。阴道感染阳性者中胎盘炎、新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎及早产的发生率,胎膜早破者,明显高于无胎膜早破者（P〈0.05）。结论阴道炎症是发生胎膜早破的重要原因。也与胎盘炎、新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎的发生密切相关。

Study on the relationship between premature rupture of memberane and vaginitis

Objective： To explore the relationship between premature rupture of memberane and vaginitis, and analyze its risk of mother and infant. Methods： Vaginal secretions of 183 patients with premature rupture of memberane were measured analyzed through culture method and microscopic examination method, and randomly selected 200 pregnant women without premature rupture of memberane as concurrent control. The incidence rate of the placentitis, asphyxia neonatorum and pneumonia of newborn in the vaginitis patients were analyzed. Results： The incidence rate of vagina infection in patients with premature rupture of memberane（57/183, 31.7%）was significantly higher than the control group （9%, P〈 0.05）. The incidence rates of the placentitis, asphyxia neonatorum and pneumonia of newbom in the vaginitis patients associated with premature rupture of memberane were obviously higher than the vaginitis patients without premature rupture of memberane （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Vaginal infection is the main cause of premature rupture of memberane, and is closely related to the the placentitis, asphyxia neonatorum and pneumonia of newborn.
