离心式、混流式三元叶轮的优化设计

摘    要:本文根据三元流动普遍关系式与离心式叶轮实际气体流动模型,提出了按叶片最佳负荷规律与叶道内附面层不分离准则为约束条件的优化设计方法;研究了叶片中面形状按_A(s)=const与_A(s)=As+B两种扭曲规律变化的三元翼型,分别进行了正反问题的设计计算;给出了程序框图与计算结果.本文还对研制成的三元等厚度翼型叶轮的离心风机作了综合性能试验,试验结果表明,在流量系数为0.193、压力系数为0.55时,风机的全压效率达到了92.6%.

Abstract:Based on the general formula1] for three-dimensional flow in turbomachines and practical gasflow model(jet-wake model)for centrifugal impeller2], an optimum program for the improvement of the efficiency of the centrifugal type compression machines according to the optimal blade loading and with the boundary layers unsegregated in the blade passage as the constraint is presented. Calculations are carried out for two kinds of twisted blade profile with A(S) =const. and A(s) = As + B. The flow diagram and computation results are given. Performance test shows that the theoretical analysis is in good agreement with test results.
