关于发展中国投资银行业的几点思考

中国投资银行业是伴随着资本市场的发展而产生的,目前尚处于起步阶段,还存在不少问题。组建中国投资银行应该鼓励国内券商兼并重组并与国外投资银行合资成立现代投资银行,允许国内民间资本组建现代投资银行;发展中国投资银行业务应该集中在以下3个方面:巩固和发展各种证券承销和经纪业务,着力拓展企业并购等资产重组业务,积极参与风险投资支持中国高新技术产业的发展。经营管理上应该采取分业模式。

Suggestions on Developing Chinese Investment Banks

The investment banks in China emerge with the development of capital market and they are still on their initial stages with many problems with themselves.This paper suggests that Chinese modern investment banks should be formed by combinations and reconstructions of domestic stock corporations,or be founded by the combination with the foreign investment banks,and domestic privative capitals should be permitted to establish modern investment banks.This paper points out that three strategies could be put into practice to develop Chinese investment banks:developing the business of stock sale and agency,expanding the business of corporation combinations,and promoting?Chinese? high and new-technology industries by participating risk investment and management by division of occupation.
