摘    要:岩屑床清除工具可有效地解决页岩气水平井岩屑沉积的问题,安放间距是岩屑床清除工具的重要设计参数,与钻井液性能相关。建立了基于赫巴模式的页岩气水平井岩屑床清除工具安放间距计算模型;对影响安放间距的参数(岩屑颗粒直径、稠度系数、流型指数、屈服值、钻井液密度、钻井液排量)进行了敏感性分析。结论表明:在满足井眼清洁的条件下应尽量增大安放间距;岩屑颗粒直径减小,钻井液稠度系数、流性指数、屈服值、密度和排量增加,有助于增大岩屑床清除工具安放间距。

Abstract:The cutting bed cleaning tool can effectively solve the cutting sediment problem in shale gas horizontal wells. The installation spacing of cutting bed cleaning tool is an important design parameter, relating to the rheological properties of drilling fluid. An installation spacing model of the cutting bed cleaning tool applied in shale gas horizontal wells is built based on the Herschel-Bulkley model. Sensitivity analysis is conducted on factors affecting the installation spacing, like the cutting particle diameter, the flow behavior index, the yield point, the drilling fluid density and the pump rate. Results show that: the installation spacing should be enlarged as far as possible while the hole cleaning condition is satisfied; The greater installation spacing can be obtained with smaller cutting particle diameter, higher flow behavior index, yield point, drilling fluid density and pump rate.
