| 摘 要： | 藏族化是一个不断发展着的化体系，当前，藏化正面临着化转型的挑战。在化转型过程中作为一种化现象的藏区学校教育要定位于培养藏族青少年学生正确的化价值观、理性精神、自主意识、法律规则意识和社会参与意识。这要求学校从教育内容和教育手段两方面着手去实现化功能。

| Abstract: | Tibetan culture is an ever-developing dynamic cultural system. Nowadays, Tibetan culture is facing the challenge from culture transformation, during which process, Tibet school education is supposed to cultivate the right cultural values, rationalism spirit, self-determination, law consciousness and social participation for Tibetan youngsters. This requires schools to realize culture function both from education content and method. |
