新课程改革中语文教师的重新定位

摘    要:新的教育与教学方法在不断探索和实践,教师以自己真诚的、完整的人格面对学生,学生在和谐融洽的师生关系中增长学识,洞悉真理,感悟人生,形成了师生的平等的交流。语文教师的特殊性要求教师不但有渊博的学识经验和人生阅历,能够给学生以指导。随着新课程改革的不断深入,语文教师需要重新确定自己的定位,使自己的教学向着最有利于学生发展的方向进行。

Abstract:New educational and teaching methods are constantly probed and practiced. Teachers face their students with sincere and complete personality. And students acquire knowledge, discern truth and understand life in harmonious teacher-student relationship, which forms an equal communicative environment. The particu-larity of Chinese teachers requires that they should be both learned and experienced to be able to guide their students. With the deepening of new curriculum reform, Chinese teachers should reorient themselves and make their teaching advance in the direction which is most beneficial to students' development.
