食品专业培养创新人才的模式研究与实践

摘    要:对市场经济条件下食品学科人才需求进行了综合分析,提出“强化创造教育、培养创新人才”的模式.强调拓宽知识面,改革教学方法,增强适应性培养;强化实践,注重能力培养;因材施教,突出创新能力;结合地方,形成特色.体现现代教育思路,适应市场经济人才需求的变化.

Abstract:Based on a synthetical analysis of the demand on talents in food specialty under the condition of market-economy,a mode of "strengthening creative education,cultivating innovative talents"is proposed.The mode emphasizes the importance of broadening the students'knowledge,reforming teaching method,enhancing adaptability training,strengthening practice,stressing the development of students'ability,teaching in accordance with students'ability,giving prominence to creativity. The mode also has its own characteristics in combination with the locality and represents modern educational ideas of adapting to the changes in talents demand under market-economy.
