| 摘 要： | 对如何建立和管理经济管理实验室以及为提高学生积极性而举办的活动提出了一些实践性的意见.提出经济管理实验室由5个分实验室组成,即ERP实验室、统计预测与决策模拟实验室、金融实验室、电子商务实验室、物流与供应链管理实验室.并对各分实验室的软件、硬件配置提出详细的建议.讨论了实验室的开放管理、实验室的管理制度以及实验室人员的管理.认为实验室需要根据不同的对象举行不同的活动.根据本科生和研究人员工作侧重点的不同,提出了不同的活动,并详细描述了各活动.

| Abstract: | This article put forward a series of practical advice on how to establish a LEM,how to manage the LEM and how to enhance the students' enthusiasm.It is pointed out that the LEM can be constitute of 5 sub-laboratories: the ERP laboratory,the statistic forecast and decision simulated laboratory, the finance laboratory,the e-commerce laboratory and the distribution and the supply chain management laboratory.And to each laboratory,this article also describes in detail the software and hardware configurations in the lab.Particularly,the article also introduces the management of the opening,the management regulations and the management of the staff.Finally,a ccording to the difference of undergraduate and the researchers,the article lists different activities. |
