活塞数控系统控制软件的设计

摘    要:介绍了中凸变椭圆活塞数控车削系统的构成及特点、活塞加工原理、控制软件的设计等项内容。汽车发动机活塞的形状复杂,传统的靠模加工法柔性差,不能满足现在汽车类型多样化、产品更新换代快的要求。本文所介绍的数控系统很好地解决了这一问题,它采用多级CPU的控制方法和多层次模块化的软件设计思想,很好地满足了活塞加工的要求,并且具有功能强大、界面友好、活塞设计数据的输入和修改方便、柔性好等特点。该系统现已通过了工厂72h考机,并形成了正式产品。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the numeral control (NC) turning system for middle bulged varying ellipse pistons, machining principle of pistons and design of NC software. The engine pistons have very complex shape. The traditional machining method can't respond the variety of the auto industry updated. The NC system introduced in this paper is much better than previous ones. It uses both multistage CPU control and the software system. It satisfies the demands of the piston production. This NC system has very powerful functions and friendly menus. Input and revise of piston's data are very convenient, too. This system has passed the experiment test of working for 72 hours without stop in factory. Now it has turned into a formal product.
