| 摘 要： | 研制了掺Ｍｇ的ＳｒＡｌ２Ｏ４：Ｅｕ磷光体，Ｍｇ作为杂质掺入后，并未改变磷光体的发射光谱，却使磷光体获得长余辉发光特性，余辉发光强度按ｔ＾－１．１的双曲线形式衰减，热释光谱的测定显示出，在３４３Ｄ时磷光体存在一较宽的热释光这表明在磷光体中形成了Ｍｇ的杂质陷阱能级，其能级深度约为０．３１ｅＶ． |

| Abstract: | g doped SrAl2O4:Eu phosphor has been synthesised. Mg,doped into the phosphor as an impurity, does not change the emission spectrum of phosphor, but makes the phosphor possess a long persistent aftergrow characteristic with hyperbola type decay (the radiant intensity t-11). The measurement for thermoluminescence shows that there exsist a broad thermolundnescence peak (343 K), reflecting trap energy level of Mg with 0.31 eV depth is formed in the phosphor. |
