| 摘 要： | 工程建设项目投资控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程,工程建设过程包括项目决策、项目设计和项目实施三大阶段.设计阶段是工程建设项目投资控制的关键阶段,通过着重论述优化设计对建设投资的影响,优化设计运作目前存在的不足以及对如何搞好优化设计工作提出几点建议,拟达到控制建设项目投资的目的.

| Abstract: | The investment control is in the whole course of construction project.The course of construction project includes three stages: project decision,project design and project carry-out.The author proposes his opinion that the design stage is the most important one in the investment control of the construction project,discusses the influence of best design on construction investment and the shortcomings of its operation and then gives some suggestions on best design in order to control the investment in construction project.. |
