考虑不可恢复故障的可修系统可靠性指标体系研究

摘    要:针对复杂可修系统提出不可恢复故障的概念,建立了考虑不可恢复故障可修系统的新的可靠性指标体系,包括状态类指标及系统指标两部分,并研究了各指标间的相互关系。根据新的可靠性指标体系建立了确定系统状态类及不可恢复故障率的一般方法。在此基础上,考察了考虑不可恢复故障的单部件可修系统,给出系统的状态转移图,建立了描述系统的马尔可夫模型,并进行状态分析,研究了新的指标体系下的各可靠性指标。作为示例,给出了二部件并联可修系统的数值分析结果,揭示了可靠性指标间的相互关系。

Abstract:The concept of unrecoverable failure is presented. A new reliability index system for repairable systems with unrecoverable failures is developed. The new index system contains two parts: the state category indexes and system indexes. The correlation between the indexes is also studied. A method for determining the state category of the system and the unrecoverable failure rate is presented. Based on the new reliability indexes system, the Markov model of 1 unit repairable system with unrecoverable failure is structured. The state transition diagram is also given. Transient state analysis and the new reliability indexes are developed for the system. Numerical analysis to a 2 unit parallel repairable system is performed as an example, which indicates the correlation between the reliability indexes.
