平菇和香菇的耐硒特性及平菇的液体培养

摘    要:对平菇、香菇在伉吸不同硒浓度固体培养基中的硒特特性,以及平菇在不同含硒浓度液体培养基中的培养特性进行了研究。结果表明:平菇耐硒能力较强,香菇耐硒能力较弱;平菇在液体2基中的耐硒特性与固体培养基中的耐硒特性相似;平菇胞外多糖含量随培养基中硒浓度提高而有所提高。

Abstract:A study is made on the Se-resisting Property of Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinula edodes in the solid media with different Se contents as well as the cultural property of Pleurotus ostreutus in the liquid media with different Se contents .The results show that the Se-resistence of Pleurotus ostreatus is strong while that of Lentinula edodes is weak ,and that the Se-resistance of Pleurotus ostreatus in the liquid media is similar to that in the solid media,and that the contents of exocellular polysacharide rise with the increase of the Se contents in the Liquid media.
