摘    要:将离散元方法中的软球模型与颗粒热传导模型相结合,研究波形滚筒内颗粒混合及热量传递的复杂过程.设计了一个具有波形边界的旋转滚筒,模拟并分析稠密颗粒在不同速度旋转的波形滚筒内的混合和热传导过程,重点考察波形滚筒内不同转速下产生的颗粒混合和导热过程的形态及转速的影响,并采用无量纲混合度,信息熵来分析混合和热传导的演化特性,比较用不同转速达到同一圈数下的结果来表明转速对混合和导热形态特性的影响.

Abstract:This study used discrete element method coupled with particle thermal conduction model to study the complex processes of particle mixing and thermal conduction in a wavy drum. A rotating wavy drum was designed, and the mixing and conduction characteristics in dense particulate flow under different rotation speed were investigated. This study focused on distribution characteristics mixing and conduction of particles and influence of the rotation speed. A dimensionless mixing degree function and the information entropy were used to analyze the evolution characteristics of mixing and conduction. The effect of rotation speed on mixing and conduction was explored by comparing the results obtained under the conditions of achieving the same revolution under different rotation speeds.
