| 摘 要： | 利用1988、2001和2004年3期1∶10万Landsat TM/ETM影像资料,运用人机交互目视解译方法,获取土地利用信息,分析了芜湖市近16年的土地利用变化特征.结果表明:土地利用的变化主要表现在耕地的减少和工矿仓储用地、居民点用地、交通运输用地的增加;工矿仓储用地是区域内变化速度最显著的土地利用类型;土地利用的集约化程度一直在不断提高.加强耕地保护力度,合理控制建设用地规模,科学开展城市用地规划是确保今后芜湖市土地可持续利用的合理途径.

| Abstract: | Based on Landsat TM/ETM images of 1988,2001 and 2004,land use information of Wuhu city were abstracted with man-machine interactive interpreting and analyzing method.And dynamic changes in land use in Wuhu in the past 16 years were studied.The results showed that great changes took place in land use, particularly reflected by the noticeable decrease in area of cultivated land,and increase in industrial land,residential land and traffic land.The change rate of the industrial land was the highest.The intensive degree of land use duratively increased.Intensifying cultivated land protection,reasonably controlling scales of land use for construction,scientifically planning urban land utilization were regarded as the reasonable approach for the sustainable utilization of land. |
