| 摘 要： | 我国制造企业在现代化管理方面与欧美制造强国相比存在很大差距,因此,我国急需对制造业现有管理模式进行改革.本文主要研究探索应用ERP系统改革我国现有的制造业管理模式,以信息化技术带动制造业管理的升级,通过ERP系统提高制造企业生产的准确性,控制企业生产成本,整合企业内外部资源,提升企业综合竞争力.
