摘    要:在分析普通螺旋滚筒结构的基础上,针对一种螺旋叶片向排煤口侧轴向倾斜一个角度的新型滚筒,给出螺旋叶片轴向倾斜角度的理论值.研究了滚筒的装煤能力,在评价滚筒装煤能力的方法中,提出了抛煤流量矩、滚筒容煤量比和推煤力等新概念,用抛煤流量矩的大小和叶片轴向倾斜的推煤力及其方向等来综合衡量滚筒的装煤能力和性能,为滚筒设计提供了理论基础.

Abstract:On the basis of structural analysis of the ordinary spiral drums, a new kind of structural form for the spiral drums has been provided, and its theoretical value of axial slop angle has been also given. In the way of evaluating loading capacity of drums, some of new concepts, such as the flow ratio moment of throwing coal, the ratio of containing coal quantity and the force of pushing coal, were worked out. Its loading capacity and the performance can be judged synthetically with the magnitude of flow ratio moment, the pushing force and the direction. This offers the theoretical foundation for the future design of drums.
