| 摘 要： | 为了合成核磁共振法测定镁离子的指示剂中间体2-氨基-5-氟酚-N，N，O-三乙酸三甲酯，采用了三步反应：碱性水解、催化氢化和酯化。由2，4-二氟硝基酚与氢氧化钾合成5-氟-2-硝基酚，再用催化氢化法制得5-氟-2-氨基酚，最后用溴乙酸甲酯酯化得到2-氨基-5-氟酚-N，N，O-三乙酸三甲酯。产物结构通过HPLC、^1HNMR、MS、UV等方法进行确证，三步反应产率分别为75％、48％和7．9％。

| Abstract: | To synthesize the intermediate (2-amino-5-fluorophenol-N,N,O-triacetic acid trimethyl ester) of indicator which used in the determination Mg2+ by NMR, three feasible reactions were experimentally carried out, such as alkaline hydrolysis, catalytic hydrogenation and esterification. The chemical constituents of compounds were structurally identified by spectral analysis including HPLC,HNMR,MS,UV,etc. Yield of 75% was obtained in the first reaction and 48% ,7. 9% respectively in the second and the third. |
