民办高校教师专业发展的困境与化解

摘    要:教师专业发展是指教师专业知识、专业技能和专业情意丰富和提高的过程,教师专业发展需要相应的条件,即有效的路径、丰富的资源、学习型的组织氛围。调查发现,民办高校教师专业发展存在路径低效、人的“无助”、资源的短缺和学习氛围的缺失等问题,制约了教师的专业发展。为此,需从拓径增效、保障资源、创设氛围、反思实践等方面努力,化解困境。

Dilemma of professional development of private college teachers and its solution

Abstract:Teachers'professional development is the process of enriching and improving the teachers'professional knowledge, professional skills and professional affection. It needs the relevant conditions, that is, a valid path, rich resources and the learning type organiza- tion atmosphere. The survey found that teachers'professional development of private university had the problems such as low deficiency of path,teachers' helplessness", the shortage of resources and lack of learning atmosphere, which restrain teachers'professional development. Therefore, we should make great efforts to resolve the difficulties by increasing path efficiency, guaranteeing resources, creating the atmosphere and reflecting on practice.
