油腔结构对高速动静压轴承性能的影响

摘    要:研究了四种不同油腔形状的高速液体动静压轴承。研究内容包括轴承润滑油流量、承载能力、刚度、涡动频率,这四种油腔结构轴承分别是正方形油腔,三角形油腔、圆形油腔、角向小孔轴承。通过对这四种轴承性能比较出现,角向小孔轴承具有最优良的性能。将会在高速主轴单元中得到广泛应用。

Abstract:In this paper,four hybrid bearings having different geometric configurations were analyses for their static and dynamic characteristics, including flow rate, load capacity, stiffness, and whir frequency ratio. The four bearings included a square- recess bearing, a circular recess bearing, a triangular - recess bearing, and an angled - orifice bearing. Comparisons of the results were made between bearings, the angled- orifice bearing has the most favorable overall performance and has good applications in high speed spindle.
