GPS接收机抗高过载技术研究

摘    要:对火炮发射高过载环境和GPS OEM板接收机的结构特点进行了分析,提出了GPS OEM板接收机抗高过载冲击能力的3种技术途径.以空气炮和火药模拟火炮为过载发生装置,以弹载数据采集存储系统采集的数据为试验数据,对GPS接收机抗高过载进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,改变GPS接收机的受力方向和环氧树脂灌封等抗高过载冲击措施后,试验用的Jupiter GPS OEM板接收机能够承受9 000g以上的冲击;冲击对其信号捕获性能和定位精度没有明显影响.

Abstract:In this paper, high shock overload bullet endures during gun shooting was analyzed. In connection with the structure of GPS receiver, three measures of resisting overload were discussed and studied experimentally. The results show that the Jupiter GPS OEM receiver packaged by epoxide resin and oriented in a certain direction can bear more than 9 000g shock acceleration.
