| Abstract: | Administrative examination and approval institution reform has been an important aspect of administrative institution reform in China. The value orientation of reform will play an important role in the reform . By analysing the character of administrative examination and approval and administrative power control theory,this essay reaches the conclusion that the value orientation of administrative examination and approval institution reform is to control administrative power. |
