Fe/CaO载氧体作用下生物质化学链气化研究

摘    要:生物质化学链气化技术是一种高效的生物质能源利用技术,其过程中载氧体能够起到载氧、载热和催化的作用。为了提高载氧体的氧化还原特性,同时提高生物质气化得到合成气的产率,研究了机械混合法和浸渍法制备的Fe/CaO载氧体在生物质化学链气化过程中的作用。制备了不同Fe负载量的Fe/CaO载氧体,对其进行了XRD、CO2-TPD和H2-TPR表征以分析其物理化学性能。随着Fe负载量的增大,载氧体的还原性增强,同时CO2吸收性减弱。在固定床装置上对其反应性能进行了实验研究,结果表明在反应温度为850 ℃时,随着Fe负载量增大,气体转化率逐渐增大,CO2和CO的产气量逐渐增大,H2的产气量减少。当Fe负载量为40%得到的载氧体能够得到最大合成气产量453.4 mL,H2和CO的产气量分别为146.6 mL和306.8 mL。

Abstract:The chemical looping gasification of biomass is a promising and efficient biomass gasification technology. During this process, oxygen carriers (OCs) could play the oxygen-providing and tar-reforming roles; therefore, OC selection is a crucial factor for the chemical looping gasification of biomass. To improve the redox characteristics of the OC and optimize the yield of the syngas product, the OCs of Fe/CaO with different concentrations were prepared using the mechanical mixture and impregenation methods for biomass chemical looping gasification and studied in this article. Multiple techniques, such as XRD, CO2-TPD and H2-TPR were performed to analyze the characterization of the Fe/CaO OCs. The biomass chemical looping gasification experiments were conducted on a fixed bed reactor. The results denoted that the gas conversion rate increases, the output of CO2 and CO also increases, and the output of H2 decreases at a reaction temperature of 850°C with an increase in Fe loading. With a Fe/CaO oxygen carrier exhibiting 40% Fe loading, the experiment obtained a maximum syngas production of 453.4 mL, and the H2 and CO gas yields were 146.6 and 306.8 mL, respectively.
