| 摘 要： | 刑事诉讼法作为法学专业的必须课程之一，具有实践性特征。传统讲授式教学方法存在一系列弊端，教学效果不理想。该课程教学改革的方向是回归实践性，更多地采用各种实践性教学方法。

| Abstract: | As one of the compulsory courses of the legal science specialized,criminal procedure law has the characteristics of practicality. There are some disadvantages of the traditional teaching method which result in ineffectiveness. The core of the teaching reform should focus on the practicality by adopting a variety of practical teaching methods. |
