村级民主监督机制的有序化研究——基于浙江省若干典型样本的分析

村级民主监督是农村基层民主政治的一个重要方面，是民主选举、民主决策、民主管理的重要保障，也是基层民主新的增长点。如今各地的村级民主监督实践非常普遍和活跃，取得了良好的成效，但在运行过程中也出现了一些制度与实践的偏离。破解的关键在于要培育各方监督力量，在确保其独立性的基础上寻求多元主体间的协调与合作，打造一个多元耦合的立体化村务监督体系，使其功能实现“1＋1〉2”的效果。

On Orderly Operation of the Democratic Supervision Mechanism of Village: Based on the Analysis of Some Samples in Zhejiang Province

The democratic supervision mechanism of village is an important aspect of the rural democracy,which is the important security of democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic management,and it＇s also the new growth engine of the rural democracy. Now,the democratic supervision practice is very common and active around the village with good results. Meanwhile,some deviations from system and practice in the course of the operation appeared. The key to solve the problem is to cultivate multiple supervision powers,seeking the coordination and cooperation between the multiple subjects on the basis of ensuring their independence. Therefore,we can create an integrated supervision system to make its function to realize the effect of ＂1＋1〉2＂.
