促细胞生长效应试验对牛血清采血年龄段判定的探讨

本试验用生物工程与技术实验室提供的不同年龄段采取的牛血清,配成含不同血清浓度(2%、4%、6%、8%、10%)的MEM培养液,通过培养SP2/0细胞测定各试验组细胞的最大增殖浓度、倍增时间和克隆率,用以对牛血清采血年龄段的判定 结果显示,不同年龄段的牛血清对SP2/0细胞的促细胞生长效应试验存在差异性 在同一血清浓度下,随着牛采血年龄段的增长,其细胞的最大增殖浓度降低,倍增时间延长,克隆率下降 因此,用该试验方法推断牛血清采血年龄段是可行的
