苯多元羧酸对锆-铝鞣和少铬多金属鞣的研究

摘    要:本文研究了苯多元羧酸对锆-铝鞣和少铬多金属鞣的影响.实验研究表明:在适宜pH值,pm量的改变对成革收缩温度有显著影响,苯多元羧酸羧基数目越多,收缩温度越高;苯二元羧酸中羧基处在不同位置及不同用量对收缩温度的影响不明显;在锆鞣后,pm处理,再用铬废液复鞣,不仅可提高TS,而且可减少铬鞣废液中铬残留量,基本上消除其对环境的污染.

Abstract:In this paper the effect of the polycarboxylic acids of benaene on the zirconium-Aluminium tanning and the poly-metals tanning with lesschromic was gained. The result of experiment showed that Varying of the amount of pm has a remarkable effect on the shrinking temperature of the tanned leather with the optimum Value of PH, and the more amounnts of Carboxylic acids groups of the polycarboxylic acids of benzene, the higher the shrinking temperature is. For the binary carboxylic acids of benzene, the carboxy group place on benzene and the amount of the two carboxylic acids of benzene have not much effect on the Ts, After zirconium-Alumimium tannage, the Chrome tanning waste liquor can be used to retan by the tanning of pm, retanning can not only increase Ts, but also diminate the chrome in the Chrome tanning waste liquor and eliminate Cr3 pollution to environment.
