各向异性薄板对角拉伸下的弹塑性皱曲分析

摘    要:本文应用Hill正交各向异性塑性理论和稳定的能量法则,推导出各向异性薄板在对角拉伸下皱曲的弹塑性稳定方程,并计算了两种材料LY12M和SPCEN的失稳临界值,理论计算与YBT试验较吻合。

Abstract:Based on Hill's theory of orthotropic anisotropic plasticity and the energy method in the theory of stability, a critical equation of elastoplastic buckling of ananisotropic sheet is established, which is useful in the analysis of wrinkling or bucklingcaused by non-uniform stretching in press forming. Two sheets, steel SPCEN and alu-minium alloy LY12M, are taken for examples to calculate the critical stress of instability. The results from calculation are in good agreement with those of YBT.
