生物体液荧光在位检测仪的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种直接检测生物体液的光纤光谱仪。根据光纤和毛细管的特性,设计特殊的光纤探头。该探头可以直接插入生物体内,通过毛细管采集生物体液,并直接引入光路中。为了提高测量灵敏度,探头中的光纤采取分层排列以增加体液在光路中的路程。该探头可使测量过程简化并且实现在位监测。利用计算机的并行口控制步进电机带动色散棱镜转动,用光电倍增管接收光谱信号,计算机实时采集并实时显示待测生物体液的光谱特性。通过对光谱进行分析,可以推测许多生物量。

Abstract:This paper introduces a fiber optical spectrograph which can directly measure the liquid of the living body. Based on the property of fiber optical and capillary, the authors design a special optical fiber probe which can directly insert the living body to sample the liquid and plunge the liquid into the optical path. That is ,the sample liquid can be directly tested without any pre processing. So this operation simplified the detecting process and perform measurement in situ. In order to improve the sentivity of the probe, the optical fibers in the probe are distributed in layers so as to increasing the optical length of the living liquid. On the other hand, the computer control the stepward motor to rotate through the pulses emitting from the parallel port of the computer so as to drive the quart prism rotating. The optical signal is accepted by the photomultipler and sampled by the computer. This spectrograph can display in time the spectrum of the living liquid on the screen. Through analysing the spectrum of the living liquid, many living parameters can be detected.
