| Abstract: | According to the complexity of water science and the great demand of economic and social development, State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering was established based on charac- teristics and different positioning. This paper introduced the basic operating conditions, research directions and main contents, research achievements, operation managing methods and experiences of State Key Laboratory, as a reference for better construction of a national research platform. |
