| Abstract: | This article analyses transistor, field effect transistor(FET) and their amplifiers by the method of comparison. Particularly, the transistor is considered as a voltage controlled device in compare with FET. Thus, it has been explained that the nature of working mechanism and analytical method of the transistor and FET and their amplifiers are the same. |
