聚合物材料的拉伸断裂研究

摘    要:对九种聚合物材料进行了拉伸试验,结果表明:应变速率对屈服强度的影响服从Egring关系,增强尼龙存在的两个活化过程分别对应着基体材料屈服为主导因素和纤维断裂及其从基体中拔出为主导因素的两个不同活化过程。缺陷对聚合物材料拉伸屈服强度影响不大,但大大降低聚合物材料的塑性。

Abstract:An analysis of the tensile fractured surface morphology and its fracture process for different polymers has proved that the relations between yield stress and strainrate are consistent with Eyring rate theory. The results indicated that the activating process for lower strain rates is controlled by the plastic deformation of the matrix rein,while that for higher strain rates is controlled by glass fiber fracturing or pulledout fromthe matrix. The effects of interior defect on the tensile strength of polymer are little, butthose on the plasticity of polymer are great, this leads to the plasticity decrease.
