Abstract:Total assignment of 1H and 13 C NMR spectrallines of the synthesized antiallergic and antiasthematic agent Azelastine which are two isomers, has been accomplished by ID(NOE difference and DEPT) and 2D NMR techniques (HHCOSY, HMQC and HMBC).
