| 摘 要： | 农村住宅设计是当前新农村建设的核心内容,而城市近郊的农村由于其特殊的地理位置使其与远郊农村建设有着明显的区别.通过分析目前近郊农村所存在的一些问题,探讨了近郊农村住宅的设计思路,期望能为城市近郊农民设计出一套节能省地且适合当地特色的住宅并加以推广.

| Abstract: | Rural housing design is currently the core of the new rural construction,but the rural outskirts of the city due to its special geographical location and the outer suburbs to rural development is a clear difference.This article analyzes the current suburb some of the problems that exist in rural areas,rural residential suburb of the design ideas,hoping for farmers to design a set of energy-saving and suitable for the local characteristics of the house and be promoted. |
