| 摘 要： | 建立地震应急指挥技术系统是目前地震应急工作的一个重点,其中应急基础数据库是基础和核心,是整个系统最关键的环节.为此浙江省在"十五"期间开展了地震应急基础数据库的建设.目前浙江省地震应急基础数据库可对全省各地区实施地震应急监控、动态跟踪和救灾指挥进行技术支持,为浙江省地震应急救援发展奠定坚实的基础.
