| 摘 要： | 对22例重症急性胰腺炎患者进行前瞻性研究.均为22例重症急性胰腺炎,年龄20～70岁,非手术组和手术组各11例,结果显示非手术组11例均痊愈,而手术组4例死亡.提示坏死性胰腺炎能非手术治愈,而且治疗效果明显优于手术治疗.

| Abstract: | a advanced study of 22 patients with severe acute panereatitis （SAP） who received operative or nonoperative treatments, aged from 20 to 70.. each group （operative or nonoperative group） got 11 patients, The therapeutic effects of 11 patients with SAP who received nonoperative treatments were cured,. Otherwise, 4 cases of operative group dead. It means that SAP could be treatmented with nonoperation and the therapeutic effects of nonoperative treatment has its own advantages than that of operative treatment |
