液体工质电热化学发射过程燃烧特性分析

摘    要:该文提出描述液体工质电热化学发射装置中燃烧过程的理论模型。模型可以预测发射过程中药室内压力、弹丸运动及工质的分解速率的瞬时变化。结果表明,液体工质电热化学发射过程中燃烧压力存在双峰现象,第1个峰值出现在弹丸几乎尚未运动的时刻,与初始Taylor空腔体积以及初始等离子体射流速度有关;第2个峰值是等离子体和工质分解的共同结果。对影响燃烧过程的一些特性参数,如初始Taylor空腔体积、电能输入特性、工质燃烧速率系数、弹丸质量作了分析

Abstract:A theoretical model has been presented to describe the combustion process in a liquid propellant electrothermal chemical launcher.The model predicts the transient variations of gun chamber pressure,projectile motion and the decomposition rate of propellant.The calculations show that there exist double peaks during the process in the gun chamber pressures. The first peak,which appears at the moment that the projectile hardly moves,is associated with the initial Taylor cavity and the initial discharge of the plasma jet, whereas the second peak is a result of both the discharge of plasma jet and the combustion of liquid propellant.The influences of initial Taylor cavity,input of plasma energy,coefficients of propellant decomposition rate and projectile masses on the combustion process have also been analyzed.
