废旧沥青混合料水稳石试验研究

摘    要:通过对不同废旧沥青混合料掺量的水泥稳定碎石进行振动击实试验研究,测定其最佳含水量、最大干密度,进行无侧限抗压强度及干缩试验,确定最佳水泥掺量并对比分析废旧沥青混合料掺量对水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度和干燥收缩性能的影响。通过试验分析,确定最优混合料掺量,研究其抗压强度、温缩等长期性能的发展规律。结果表明,30%废旧沥青混合料掺量和5%水泥掺量的水泥稳定碎石,不仅可以保证基层的强度,有利于基层早期强度形成,而且具有较好的抗温缩性能,可以作为基层铺设材料。

Experimental Study on Cement Stabilized Macadam of Waste Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:By vibration experiment for cement stabilized macadam of different waste asphalt mixture,it de-termines the optimized cement content and analyze the effect of waste asphalt mixture content on non lat-eral confinement compressive strength and drying shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam af-ter measuring the optimized water content,the maximum dry density and conducting non lateral confine-ment compressive strength in this text.Based on the above experiment and analysis,determine the optimi-zation mixture content,study its long-term behavior development of compressive strength and shrink.The result shows that cement stabilized macadam with 30% waste asphalt mixture and 5% cement content not only ensure the strength of base and further early strength formation but also has good anti-temperature shrink performance,so it can be used as laying material of base.
