| 摘 要： | 对齐齐哈尔市公务员体质测试结果进行分析.结果表明,在身体形态方面超质量现象较为严重;身体机能测试指标表现良好;在身体素质方面,约有40%的人群处于稍差以下水平.提出了丰富政府机关公务员的体育文化生活,合理饮食,自我调节,加大对企事业机关锻炼场所改善等对策.

| Abstract: | Analysisthetest resultsofQiqihar government civil servants.Theresults show thatthe phenomenon of overweight is more serious,and the performance of physicalfunctiontest is good.In physical quality,about 40% is at a level slightly below the standard.Put forward the richphysicaland cultural lifefor government civil servants, intelligent diet,self-regulation,increasedphysical training place forgovernment civil servants. |
