甲醇和抗坏血酸对蚕豆生长及丙二醛含量的影响

摘    要:在土壤肥力及体积相同的花盆中培养蚕豆幼苗,分别用1.5%甲醇、10 mmol.L-1抗坏血酸(ASA)和自来水(CK)喷洒.19 d以后,测定叶片中丙二醛(MDA)的含量、测量对株高、茎粗、叶面积、腋芽的发生作用、比较不同处理的开花时间.结果表明:甲醇、ASA处理后的蚕豆植株比CK营养生长快;甲醇促进腋芽的发生及开花;ASA抑制腋芽的发生并延迟开花;各处理的MDA含量均明显低于CK.

Abstract:Vicia faba seedlings are cultured in flowerpots with equal size and the same soil,which is sprayed with 1.5% Methanol,10mmol/L ASA and water independently.19 days later,the height of plant,the thick of stalk,the leaf area,the content of MDA of leaves and the time of bloom are measured.The result shows that Methanol and ASA are beneficial to the vicia faba seedlings growth.Methanol is good to generate axillaries bud and bloom but ASA inhibites axillaries bud and bloom.Methanol and ASA are beneficial to redcce the content of MDA.
