X70钢在乳酸溶液中腐蚀行为的电化学研究

摘    要:运用交流阻抗(EIS)法和单线性扫描(LSV)法研究X70钢在乳酸溶液中的腐蚀行为,乳酸浓度和温度对X70钢腐蚀行为的影响.实验表明:在相同温度下,随着乳酸溶液浓度的增加,X70钢的腐蚀电位先正移后负移,自腐蚀电流先增大后减小,腐蚀速率先增大后减小;当乳酸的浓度不变时,随着乳酸溶液温度的增大,腐蚀电位逐渐正移,自腐蚀电流逐渐增大,其腐蚀速率逐渐增大.

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of X70 steel in lactic acid solutions with different concentration and different temperature was investigated by means of EIS and Linear Sweep Voltammetry(LSV).The results show that: with the increasing of the concentration of lactic acid solution,the corrosion current and the rate of X70 steel increases at first and decreases later,and the corrosion potential moves to the anticathode and later to the cathode.With the increasing of the temperature,the corrosion current and the rate of X70 steel increases for ever,and the corrosion potential moves to the anticathode for ever too.
