| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the actual situation of the staff training in medium and small-sized enterprises in our country, probes into the problems existing in the staff training in medium and small-sized enterprises in our country, and expounds the causes of these problems, and based on the theory of the staff training, put forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement. |
