| Abstract: | In this experiment,the serum protein(SP)of fourtyone lung carcinoma patients were compared with fourtyone persons with SDS gel electrophoresis silver nitrate chromatic stain way.It was discovered that patient's electrophoresis pictures of SP differ from normal persons.The difference have arrived at extremely evident level in the number and content of isozymes(t=4.4955~(**)and t=9.5300~(**)).There were abvious characteristic bands in the A.F and B.G district.Therefore,it was possible these charaxteristic band be used of medicine as careinemie diagnosis.It was hopeful that the way be emplyed to investigate carcinoma. |
