| 摘 要： | 连续利好的政策环境和持续增长的休闲度假市场,催生了旅游地产发展的战略升级。近几年,伴随贵阳市知名度不断提高、气候优势不断凸显和旅游业发展如火如荼的势头,诸多知名地产企业进军贵阳,贵阳市旅游地产发展如日中天。本文采用swot分析法,综合分析了贵阳市旅游地产发展的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,并提出了打造区域发展模式等建议,以促进该市旅游地产的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The favorable environment of the supportive policy and the growing holiday market has upgraded tourism real estate. In recent years, Guiyang is increasingly well-known for its climate advantages and tourism de- velopment. Many famous real estate enterprises come to Guiyang and the development of its tourism real estate is thriving. This article discusses the development of tourism real estate with the SWOT analysis （ strengths-weaknes- ses-opportunities-threats） , and makes some suggestions for the regional development model to promote the healthy development of the city＇ s tourism real estate. |
