| Abstract: | The foregrounding phenomenon of figures' speech is very common in the literary works.It is seemingly easy but actually difficult to translate.Based on the successful translation of typical figures' speech in Vanity Fair,this paper makes useful exploration into the translation strategy of foregrounding so as to help translators to have correct idea of foregrounding phenomenon of figures' speech in the literary works. |
