摘    要:针对传统PID控制对剪叉机构升降台的非线性系统无法控制的问题,利用模糊控制较好地解决非线性因素造成的不利影响,设计基于模糊控制和PID控制的FUZZY PID剪叉机构升降台控制系统.对模糊系统的参数自动调整,避免设计过程中参数的大量调试工作,并使系统获得更好的控制性能.利用MATLAB针对不同控制器进行仿真,仿真结果表明FUZZY PID控制器消除了由系统非线性产生的爬行现象,使系统运行更加平稳快速,具有比PID控制器更好的控制效果.

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of inability for traditional PID controller to control such a nonlinear system as scissors platform,a fuzzy PID control system was designed for eleratory platform on the basis of both the fuzzy and PID control,which could well eliminate the unfavored effect due to the nonlinearity.The parameters of fuzzy system could be adjusted automatically,so that a great deal of debugging work was avoided in the designing process,making the system achieve better control performance.MATLAB was used to simulate various controllers,and its result showed that the fuzzy PID controller has eliminated the jerking motion caused by the system nonlinearity,making the system operation smooth and quick,with better control results than those with PID controller.
