摘    要:为了解决现有激光打标系统出现的异形打标困难、字符图形不清晰、模糊等问题,搭建了一套多异形三维激光打标系统,此系统由硬件和软件组成。硬件部分在平面打标平台基础上引入分段扩展轴、旋转扩展轴,利用红外对焦定位系统,实现三轴联动打标;软件部分针对激光打标机无法在大幅面、异形等工件上自动打标雕刻的缺陷,设计了一种改进的标刻处理软件,并融合多电机控制实现平面与斜面一次性正焦和离焦打标功能。本系统可以实现斜面、段差、圆柱、圆锥、球面以及拉伸曲面等多种3D打标模式的功能。实验测试结果表明,该系统在多种异形工件上实现了无误差、无变形的打标需求。

Abstract:To solve the problems associated with the existing laser marking systems, such as difficulty in special-shaped marking, unclear and fuzzy characters, and poor graphics, a multiabnormity three-dimensional laser marking system is built herein. For the hardware, a segmented expanding shaft and a rotating expanding shaft are introduced based on a plane marking platform; moreover, an infrared focus-positioning system is used to realize three-axis linkage marking. For the software, to solve the issues that a laser-marking machine cannot automatically mark and engrave large-format and special-shaped workpieces, an improved marking processing software is designed and multimotor control is combined to realize one-time focus and defocus marking on plane and inclined surfaces. Based on the three-axis linkage hardware and marking software, the function of three-dimensional marking mode, such as inclined surface, segment difference, cylinder, cone, sphere, and extruded curved surface, can be completed. The experimental results show that the system can achieve the requirements of error-free and deformation-free marking on many types of special-shaped workpieces.
